For as long as I can remember, I've had a terrible diet. At the moment, it consists of granola, chicken, potato, cheese, bread and milk. Recently I've been going through an anxious period which stops me from getting a decent nights sleep. I can eat just before bed but still wake up with a nauseas stomach that stops me from drifting back to sleep. My diet needs to change. Could anyone recommend some simple foods that I should try to help initially with my stomach pain but also incorporate into my diet please? via /r/food http://ift.tt/2vdqaXm
