Title says most. I'm going ton a road trip- inspired by food- from Massachusetts down through PA and Tennessee to Louisiana and then back up through Georgia and the Carolinas. My inspirations are things found in shows like Feasting on Asphalt, No Reservations, Parts Unknown, Mind of a Chef, etc. You see what I'm getting at.So far, I have lots of places for 'restaurant' or prepared foods that I'll be getting, but no things I should bring back up. I'll be stopping at Ansen mills for a lot of the ingredients I need to cook from Sean Brock's cook book. What I'm looking for is suggestions as to regional foods and ingredients I'm not aware of, local food crafters, places to get things like salt pork or other meats. I plan on bringing a huge cooler down and keeping it nice and icy.Anyone from the South have any tips? via /r/food http://ift.tt/2sUMHUR
