Can I use condensed creamer as a substitute for heavy cream?

Im not sure if im reading this correct.My recipe for kale soup is asking for 3/4 cups of heavy creamer, but i bought condensed creamer...im not sure if this is correct or if they are even remotely the same thing via /r/slowcooking https://ift.tt/2v6d93k
