
So lately I was trying to find recipes for a cauliflower pizza crust as my family members could use a low carb alternative due to diabetes.I saw a recipe that had used 2 cups of riced cauliflower, 1 egg and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. It managed to actually make a small crust that didn't fall apart.I was curious if others have had similar success (I assume swap the egg for a flax egg/ any egg replacer and try to use a vegan parmesan cheese and hope for the best).I just wanted to see if anyone had any other secrets/ things they had found that made it work better. via /r/veganrecipes https://ift.tt/2AJKoKs
