Digital scale recommendations?


Not that it matters why, but I've recently begun saving more bacon fat than we have use for at work (we use it in conjunction with butter in our charred broccoli, but that doesn't require much, and we go through a slab of pork belly a day), so I've decided to turn all of that excess lard into soap. The recipes I've found deal in weight instead of volume, so our analog/spring loaded scales are likely not accurate enough, though I guess I'll find out tomorrow when my first batch finishes curing.Now, to the point: do you/have you used any digital scales that you really liked, and stood up well to heavy use?
