
According to a well known German cooking guide there is a Pesian dish called Burma Tak. They say it is a famous Persian dish similar to Dolmeh Bargeh Mo - it made of wine leaves stuffed with chicken liver, mutton, and rice, but fried.I asked a few Iranians but not one knew the dish.Is this maybe a regional thing or family recipe, a misunderstanding, or were the authors compiling the book at the receiving end of a practical joke? via /r/iran https://ift.tt/2D0XqoD
