Returning to keto after 2 years and want ro do it right this time!

I am 179 lbs 5'2" tall and my goal is 135 lbs. I did keto 2 years ago for a few months but only to lose those last 15 lbs. I have been a healthy weight once in my life and that was because I was 17 and we didn't have much to eat. Now I'm ready to go back and get to that weight and maintain it.I had a baby in July. Before that I was maintaining at 150lbs. I don't gain weight easily but I haven't been eating the best since I had my baby. Lots of ramen and rice. So I won't be able to do keto healthy until Wednesday. I don't want to eat any processed meats if i don't have to and I have had a bit of a picky gallbladder since I had the baby. I was scared to do keto because of that but wanted to get healthy anyways so I cut out all of the caffeine. I haven't had a soda, iced coffee or coffee, energy drink, or even a sugary drink in over a week. I also cut out sweets, pastas, and ice cream. Then I thought...why not keto? I have already kicked the worst part, all the sugary stuff. Now all I need to do is kick non keto fruits and rice out of my diet.So I wanted to do this right and do it until I reach my goal and I have to lose 44 lbs to lose. I have an active lifestyle. I work three 10 hour days a week on my feet standing and walking. The other 4 days I lift and do some cardio (like 10 minutes so far but building it up). The keto stats I got were 88 protein 21 carbs 85 fat and 1206 calories a day. I think calories may need to be higher. So I read the FAQ but I do have a hard time trying to read somethings because my ADHD mind can't focus that long. I wanted to know if some good snacks to bring to work. I was thinking of doing for lunch a keto salad of some sort (any recipes are appreciated). Measured nuts and cheeses maybe. I will buy some berries. I have not been drinking anything but water. I already eat eggs and turkey bacon every morning. Also what app is the best for keto? I'm excited and determined to reach my goal. I want to be healthy and full of energy for my son. My motivation is I want to go on hikes with him next summer. I have set rewards for every 10 lbs (150 gets me a tattoo! 135 gets me a new wardrobe!). Also I love broccoli, is it a veggie that is okay to eat a lot of or should it really only be spinach or greens type.TL;DR coming crawling back to keto to finish my goal weight once and for all. Already sugar detoxed now need to carb detox. Any advice, lunch recipes, food choice opinions welcome. via /r/xxketo https://ift.tt/2D0sHIh
