
The recipe is:-100g mild chilies -100g hot chilies -3 garlic clovesFerment in brine for 2 weeks.Blend it with 2dl of brine, add 2dl of vinegar and pour into a bottle and voilĂ !Suggested improvements : It is not as hot as I hoped (it is similar to Tabasco sauce) so it would have been nice to put hotter peppers in it. Black pepper would have been great during the fermentation.
