Just Getting into Homebrewing. Just Want to Make Sure These Recipes I Put Together Will Taste Fine

Went down the Youtube rabbit hole and now really want to get into homebrewing. Ordered all the brewing equipment, just waiting for it to all turn up.I have put together a few recipes I think will work well, but would like people that know about brewing to look over them as I haven't done this before but understand sugar + yeast will ferment.
