Lager Cider Experiment!

So kegged a Dark Mexican Lager and a Munich Helles style beer this week and decided that since it’s coming up on fall, let’s make some easy hard cider. Going with my usual store bought apple juice recipe on top of the yeast cakes. Will do taste tests to decide which one is favorite by itself then using my 2.5 gallon kegs I’ll add some fall themed variations. Let’s see what happens...
