mistake to runny jelly


So I made pepper jelly last night and I mistakenly added 2 cups of water when I shouldn't have, so the jelly today after sitting is obviously runny. Would I have any issues if I open all of them, add more pectin and reprocess?I'm not sure what I was thinking since looking over the recipe there isn't any water added.
