First time making pizza in the cast iron


I used this recipe to make the dough: https://ift.tt/30ZChoJ Gruyere cheese (didn't have any mozz) pizza sauce bought, pepperoni store bought from the UK and tenderly saved (Peps aren't a thing in Spain).Overall thoughts: Dough was undersalted and too dense. However it fluffed up well and the topping portion was a great ratio. Was scared to overdo it.
