Gaining body weight with a fast metabolism?


So I know this subreddit has plenty on gaining weight tips and tricks but I wanted to try to get some answers that are specific to me. I (19F) have been vegan for two years and my weight has been fluctuating ever since, it goes all the way down to 106lb and the heaviest is ALWAYS 110lb.... I’ve recently been wanting to build up my lower body (glutes, thighs, hips etc) because I’m becoming a little insecure of my shape, I’m excited to gain healthy weight with working out and eating higher calories, I even have a few workout videos saved in youtube that I refer to with my gym journey and dense veggie recipes that I know can help me bulk up.!If anyone has a similar body weight story and has holy grail protein powders/shakes, recipes, workouts, and even life style changes that have helped them get to where they are now I’d really appreciate the suggestions!
