
Hey everyone, I have been on Keto for a while and have been doing well. I travel frequently for work and am moving away from eating at restaurants as much as possible. I am trying to cook my meals in my room as much as possible. I had kind of plateaued for the last couple of months and these changes have started to improve my progress.One issue I am having is keeping my fat up. At home I am able to eat fat bombs and keep the macros balanced. However, these are not an option on the road since all the recipes I have are frozen.Anyone have either a recipe or a source for some good fat bombs that can be stored at room temperature.Thanks via /r/keto https://ift.tt/2GBqzYc
