Need to assemble keto lunches, dinners, and snacks from storebought foods

I am working a lot of overtime through next week and won't have time to meal prep my lunches, dinners, and snacks. I can't leave to get take-out during the day and need to bring my meals from home. There is a well-stocked Costco, Trader Joe's, and chain grocery stores nearby. There are microwaves at work. What can I buy and assemble into keto-approved lunches, dinners, and snacks that I don't have to cook first, has minimal prep, will be filling (!), and will still meet my macros? (Weight loss keto: 20 net carb / 100 protein / 1500 cal/day) I don't mind alternating between two or three recipes/combinations all week. Cold or room temperature meals are fine.I eat beef, chicken, pork, dairy, and eggs (not hardboiled). Pretty much any ethnicity but not hot spicy. Most any vegetables. Breakfast will be egg bites from Costco, and a bag of Normandy vegetables to have with meals.I am hoping to find filling meal options and snacks. I tried 1200 cal/day but was hungry all the time. Even at 1500 cal/day I get hungry and am sometimes still hungry after a meal. A typical keto meal prep dinner for me is 3 ounces of sliced beef, a slice of cheese and a cup of broccoli, but that's also a typical Weight Watchers dinner (ugh). What can I eat and feel full? via /r/keto https://ift.tt/3b2EUea
