
We often see people on here asking about what sauces to serve with their sous vide proteins or whether they can sous vide in a sauce.For those who remember ChefSteps short-lived attempt to market "Joule Ready" sauces in sous vide bags, they just released all the recipes today on their website. Unfortunately, most of it is behind the "Studio Pass" paywall, but a few of them are "Premium" recipes if you have that level of access.I tried most of these sauces at the time and thought they were pretty good, so I'm glad to be able to make them myself.
