
So I just made this new to me recipe. (I don’t know if it has its own name I just thought it up). Its boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks, mixed with table salt and black pepper, put in a skillet with some oil. Beef chunks mixed with kosher salt and black pepper, put in a skillet with some butter. Mix together over some white rice. It tastes great, but it feels like its missing a sauce. What sauces should I try with it? Yum Yum sauce doesn’t seem to fit, sweet honey barbecue sauce doesn’t fit. Tabasco sauce only goes with the chicken and not the beef. I feel an asian sauce would do well. Preferably nothing that spicy. Any sauce suggestions? via /r/Cooking https://ift.tt/3aXmqMe
