When buying food, try to make sure what you buy doesn't come from China. Unless you want a possible case of food poisoning.

So a few days ago I went to an Asian buffet because there was nothing else around where I was, and they had Sushi. I was getting my ginger first, and I noticed it was, "different" than what you would expect. It was weird. Then I remember seeing a box for the ginger that said no company as far as I could tell, it just said, "Product of China." I left because my dad is a great cook and he told me the same advice I am telling you guys. A few months later, I was shopping at a market near my house, and I bought a can of crab for some crabcakes I was going to make. I was on the toilet for a long time after I ate them, and the same thing was on the can. With a brand of course, but it said, Product of China, packed in USA. I don't want this to seem racist, but please don't buy food from China. Just if you are shopping, at least care to see if it says if it's from China or not. Just head this warning, PLEASE! via /r/food http://ift.tt/2tAgyWK
