Very tired + headache after eating breakfast


Today i ate some oats + milk for breakfast. Halfway through, i was starting to feel really tired despite getting enough sleep, and then i developed a throbbing headache.So I did some searching and apparently anything high in carbs makes you sleepy. Im confused, most people eat a high carb breakfast (toast or cereal of some kind), which is considered a healthy breakfast. If high carbs makes you sleepy, what are you supposed to eat then?The throbbing headache is probably from the blood glucose level spiking after you eat, but i dont understand what you are supposed to do to avoid it. Obviously, your blood glucose level will always spike after eating. Not eating isnt a solution. You are guaranteed to be hungry after waking up.Im confused, how are you supposed to avoid these two problems? via /r/food http://ift.tt/2tL6UjG
