Ezpz Guilt-Free Ketozza recipe

Utensils:Non-stick Baking dish/pan/traymeasuring cupspatuladem squeaky clean handsIngredients:1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice1/4 cup flax seed flour1/4 cup pamesean cheese (powder or grated)2 or more strips of bacon (you decide)3 pegs fresh garlic or 1 tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup olive oilAlright my dude preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is happening, get your frozen pack of cauliflower rice out of the freezer and let it defrost till it's still cold but in pieces and not clumped together. Spread the cauliflower rice on the base of the non-stick dish/tray/pan. It better be cold man it needs to have retained some water, it can't be dry or crisp, also don't spread it too thin where there's large gaping spaces.Sprinkle the flaxseed flour gently over the cauliflower rice to cover it like a veil. Then take your pegs of garlic and either halve them and distribute them on top of the cauliflower rice and flaxseed flour (if using minced garlic use a spoon to gently dab it in various spots across the cauliflower rice and flaxseed flour). Also sprinkle the parmesean across the cauliflower rice, flax seed and garlic until it is well coated. Finally place your strips of bacon across the mass of cauliflower, flaxseed flour, garlic and parmesean then sprinkle the olive oil across it.Tuck your ketozza in the oven for 15-17 minutes, based on how crispy you want it. (softer less time, crispier more time).Your ketozza is ready when the edges are slightly roasted and when removed with a spatula does not fall apart :) via /r/ketorecipes https://ift.tt/2JJ9MCJ
