I, 240 lbs, 6'4 and M19 wanna lose let's say 40-45 lbs. I have absolutely no plan what i can eat (besides of eggs) so i'd like to hear some VERY BASIC recipes. Im not a good cooker and I don't have a lot of time for cooking. So gimme pls some tips what to eat for breakfast and lunch (no dinner cuz i won't have dinner).
