Recipes for someone learning to like tomatoes

I don't consider myself a picky eater, but I've always disliked tomatoes. Hate then raw, at best tolerable when cooked. Ketchup is OK, probably due to the massive amounts of vinegar and sugar. If a recipe calls for a small amount of tomato paste, I replace it with canned chipotles.Since it's a pretty common ingredient, it really cuts off a lot of options when cooking and eating out. Looking for suggestions and recipes to train myself to get at least to the "eh, they're ok" stage so I can have another healthy ingredient to work with, and also stop being the weirdo who peels the cheese off pizza and dabs it with a napkin before eating it. via /r/Cooking https://ift.tt/2HUtwmz
