15% All stats sphere crafting

With the rare item farming dungeon coming up soon, I thought it was time I finally posted up this guide. I started this as soon as I finished my 10% all stats guide, but I felt like I couldn't publish without making sure I had everything myself and double checked. Now with better formatting, if ever so slightly.First things first, minimum requirement is 400k ABP. That's when you get the recipe for it. Morden Camp 2-1 is where I farmed them, but damn do they not drop.
