Can anyone help me with LVL70 3* HQ Crafting?


I used to be quite proficient at crafting during AAR 50 days, but I missed out on HW and thus I'm a bit behind with Stormblood. I have a few LVL70's with full augmented script gear and my main issue is HQ'n the high end recipes. Back before I crafted, it was easy to develop a rotation to almost guarantee 100% HQ, but with HW... the skills are so overwhelming to me because there are so, so many branches of options you can utilize and adapt to depending on your condition, factored with influence on your Whistle and Specialist Skills... it's too much for me without practical trial-error experience contrast to theatrical planning or reasoning. I tried dabbling with everything I have and it was too much to the point where I was getting massive anxiety and going nowhere in progression. Let's give an example: 3* @ 3548 difficulty, 70 durability, and 25881 (Crimson Cider). Is reliably certain HQ even possible with my basic augmented gear? Regardless, I'll be putting more thought on how I can approach this, but can anyone provide general tips to get some ground? I think I have a good approach on how to complete the synthesis (progress), but acquiring 25,881 Quality with the 450'ish CP I have is insane to me at first glance.
