SO and I considering veganism but... Help?


He is allergic to all lentils, chickpeas, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, tofu, and soy protein isolate. It seems like most vegan recipes or products I have seen include chickpeas or cashews... we eat a very low carb diet as is, so would I have to incorporate a lot of grains back to meet a baseline protein goal? I am also worried about eating out EVER because I know chickpea flour might be in anything and we might not know it or what have you. It seems like switching over normally is hard enough but this is way more daunting. What do you think? via /r/vegan https://ift.tt/2yLLcQ4
