
So I know that taste is the most optimum in terms of dialing in. I've made great tasting shots at 18 and 42 seconds depending on the beans. I don't usually focus too much on time but now that I have my volumetric machine set up I am locked in for 19 in 40g out @ ~29s. Its been good because I don't think.However one post mentioned ristrettos, 15g in 22g out ~30sec. I tried it and was very impressed. Almost close to face melting good.Would love to hear more recipes that I can experiment with. Anyone care to share a expresso recipe? I've gone 3.5lbs of my 5 lb Red Bird.
