
Hi! Searched the sub and found lots of varying tips and techniques about ginger beer. I followed the Joshua Weissman recipe: Fed my bug for 3 days, it looked and sounded very active (is anyone else obsessed with "listening" to their ferments???) so I went onto to make and bottle the ginger beer per his instructions.I'm on day 5 of the second ferment in the bottles but they are not very fizzy at all. Pretty tasty, was worried it would be too sweet but it's nice. Wondering if I should have fed my bug longer before making the beer and/or if I could add little more of the bug (which I've still been feeding) to the bottles to get things moving?Any tips are welcome.
