Homegrown market opened up nearby. Should we worry?

So a local family opened up a small supermarket nearby. All the food is local, VERY local. They are selling raw milk, grassfed beef and pork, cage free chickens, fresh fruits and veggies (we live in FL), local honey, and their own homemade ice cream which is amazeballs. Would the incidence of food-borne illnesses, bacterial and otherwise be significantly higher given the absence of standardized oversight of their "product"? via /r/food http://ift.tt/2tGrMc7
