Question: preparing a smoked brisket


A couple weeks ago I smoked four beef briskets. We used two for the party we smoked them for and then the other two are whole and in the freezer. I would like to prepare one for dinner but I'm looking for ideas on what to do with it. It's already cooked through obviously. Should I just thaw it out and heat it up or can I roast it on low heat with some liquid? via /r/food http://ift.tt/2ujmqEb
