First loaf ever! Whole wheat, a little more dense/moist than it probably should be but still way better than anything bought

CrumbLoavesRecipeIt tastes great, but it is a little on the...doughy side, for lack of a better adjective. Not SUPER chewy, just moist and dense when I feel like it should be drier and/or fluffier.
