So...my boss and I were chatting about alcohol. He says that when he was a kid, his Scandinavian born grandpa would do this thing where he put a bunch of veggies in the oven, covered them with spices, and let them ferment. He did this with the oven on a super low setting, left them for three days.I guess afterwards he would separate the juices from the solids which made a very strong drink. My boss never tried it, he was far too you for alcohol, but according to his uncle and dad a single shot would numb your legs completely.Does anyone know what this is? How to make It? I'd really like to help my boss cross this off his bucket list! via /r/Nordiccountries https://ift.tt/2GwZ9Eo
