Making a box of fat bombs for my bF, what are your favorite fat bomb recipes?

My boyfriend and I recently went keto, and plan to stay keto on our two year anniversary that's coming up. I decided I want to make a gift box of "chocolates" with different flavored fat bombs that I'd make for him.I've never made fat bombs before, so any recommendations would be awesome.
