Questions about viability of meal replacement recipes


After spending a year or so in the gym, I feel like i'm making suitable progress, but i'm having trouble being consistent with my caloric and protein intake. Is there a particular reason why I don't see recipes like this posted too often? It seems like a cheap, easy to track, and relatively protein-rich way to get sufficient, complete, and accurate nutrition each and every day.Is the issue that people like variety? Please help me out and provide insight as to why I haven't seen this around/why I should/shouldn't consider this as a viable route to accurately get my nutrition and protein.Thank you for your time! via /r/nutrition https://ift.tt/2G5x1Zz
