Caramelizing with Swerve?

Has anyone tried similar recipes to this? I’m hoping to be able to have things like sweet and savory bacon using swerve but wanted to know if anyone else has any tips.Ingredients: 1 Cup Nuts ¼ Cup SwerveInstructions:Toss everything into a non-stick pan on medium heat.Swerve will begin to liquify. Stir constantly and keep a close eye on the pan.It should take 5 minutes (give or take a minute). Also, nuts are being toasted while Swerve is melting so make sure not to burn the nuts. When nuts are toasty, pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and quickly spread out to an even layer.Leave alone until completely cooled and dry.Break apart. Nuts should be “candied”. via /r/ketorecipes https://ift.tt/2H15pVK
