Collecting Recipies and Experience (x-post)

Hi everyone, I'm a newly appointed secretary for my school's wine club, and one of the things I promised to the club was basically a "bible" of sorts; a one-stop quick reference guide with basic instructions, a bunch of recipes, tips and tricks, that sort of things. A lot of people in the club don't know anything about fermentation in general, and even though I myself have only been brewing for about 6 months I am really passionate about it and want to get more people involved in making their own products and growing as makers, not just consumers. As I said, my point with this is to pick a great community's collective minds for anything I could use. Recipies, tips, etc., I want it all. The more detailed the better! Thanks in advance if you guys contribute. I know it's a bit weird but my basic experience alone isn't enough to provide the comprehension I'm looking for in this guide, so that's why I've come to all of you for help. Have a great night! via /r/cider https://ift.tt/2Hz8SrM
