Firework Rocket Not Working???

I'm in survival on a Realm and trying to craft some firework rockets to get around the End. But for some reason the recipe isn't working for me. Even when I type it in under the crafting table. But if I switch to Creative Mode, they're under the items. Is anyone else having this issue? via /r/MinecraftOne https://ift.tt/2GUL54z
