I fell off the wagon


Ugh. I’ve been a lot looser with my diet despite the fact that I’m still in the elimination phase. I guess I thought I was playing it safe, but I’ve been more lax about checking if food has garlic/onion when out eating, or just picking out the onion when I realize it does, I’ve had too much corn syrup, and have snuck some things with milk as an ingredient. My parents were just in town for a week and all we did was eat out, and I was not even trying to pay attention. Well tonight I realized my face looks puffier like before I started, I’ve been having some of my nausea again, and I’ve been struggling with my constipation again (does anyone else deal with that by the way, I have to pretty much take miralax daily now). I’m going back to my food journal and sticking to the Monash app. I was getting bored with eating the same things over and over, maybe I need to research new recipes. I’m really just posting to vent.
