Do i still use olive oil... or substitute?

https://ift.tt/2tJQPsw recipe calls for olive oil. and apparently I'm supposed to bake olive oil at over 200 degrees c but I'm sure olive oil's smoking point is under that. also, the recipe has pretty high ratings so I'm not sure whether to follow the recipe and use olive oil or swap it out with canola oil or something via /r/Cooking https://ift.tt/2N7iyft
