A little bummed but this too shall pass. I overdid the carbs yesterday a bit trying out different recipes. A little of this, a little of that adds up even conservatively. So today I was careful to keep my carbs low. Did great, skating along, and we decide Coney for dinner. No problem! I’ll get a gyro, drop the pita and viola! Perfect right? Noooo. Halfway through I start adding it to my log and find out I really have no idea how many carbs the meat is. Is it lamb? Is it beef? (Leef? Bamb? Who knows??) I stopped reading the possibilities. Come to find out it’s a processed meat (I claim no expertise) that often uses fillers. Flour. Breadcrumbs. Who knows? Maybe I’m still in my limits. Likely not. Maybe I just ate 3 days with of carbs. Who knows?!?! 🤷🏻♀️All the more motivation for tomorrow I suppose! via /r/xxketo https://ift.tt/2lFG9Yl
