Sharing Dough Calculator


Excel SheetHere is an excel sheet i use to build recipes. You insert your percentages, loaf size, and quantity, and it calculated each ingredient you will need in grams. Bonus water temperature calculator too!Instructions:You can change anything in the green, do not touch the red (it will mess up calculations). The count is the number of loaves, the size is weight of each loaf in grams. I made space for you to include up to three different flours. keep the first three ingredients as flour, put 0% if you do not want to add different flours, and make sure the flours add up to 100%. If you change a flour box to something else it will throw off the calculation. Leave the water where it is, once again, it will mess up the calculation if you move it. The leaven also has to stay put, and it is assuming its a 100% hydration leaven, this helps calculate the final hydration in the bottom left corner.
