Everything I find with a google search is fondant and the one posting is calling it gumpaste. If it’s made with gelatin it’s fondant and fondant doesn’t fully dry out. Gumpaste is made with egg whites and confectioners sugar and dries rock hard. I could only find one recipe and it said I need a mixer with a paddle attachment. I don’t own a mixer, that’s the problem. This may not be possible but I figured if it was someone here could help. I’d rather make it than buy it. via /r/Cooking https://ift.tt/2tTKCdH
