What do I do with a toasted waffle?

Hi reddit,I am staying with my parents on a flying visit and my dad got me some 'toasted waffles' for breakfast. They look good but I'm an not sure how I am supposed to serve them?Obviously I toast them, I get that, but am I supposed to butter them or something?
