Egg substitute

So I’m making a strudel for thanksgiving but I have some family members that are allergic to eggs(whites and yolks). Are there any good eggs substitutes( the recipe calls for a beaten egg brushed onto the strudel every 15 minutes as it bakes) via /r/AskCulinary https://ift.tt/2Bq19uR
