
I love the flavor of anything made out of a prickly/cactus pear, but I can't stand to eat the fruit itself due to all the seeds being a real nuisance. I've tried a few different recipes online with mixed results and I can only find the same two/three suggestions.Recently made a simple syrup and lemonade out of it, but I am struggling to find a purpose for my five Mason jars of cactus pear syrup.
