Partial boil spiced porter or stout?

I'm currently wondering about a spiced porter or stout. My wife loves both darker beer, porter and stout specifically, and pumpkin pie type spices (cinnamon most of all, cardamom, ginger, clove, and allspice). I'd like my next batch to be something in that sort of area.I'm a relatively inexperienced homebrewer, and started with full wort kits. I've been doing extract kits (Coopers specifically) and want to take another step to making more of my own beer (versus finishing out a canned recipe). I've been reading about partial boil recipes, and feel confident that I can make it work. Ideally I am interested in a spiced porter somewhere betweeen 5-6% ABV (though that is flexible).Does anyone have a good partial boil extract recipe for a Spiced Porter? Once the stout I have going is complete, hopefully a week or so to bottling, I'd like to get a brew to my wife's taste going to increase the variety of homebrew we'll have aging in the basement. Thanks all! via /r/Homebrewing https://ift.tt/2SETcrZ
