
I came across a youtube video of several different recipes for Scalloped potatoes and one of them involved ribeye. I've not been cooking for long and I've not had much, or any really, practice with meat and grilling meats and the like.I wondered if there was a way to sub the ribeye in the recipe for something a little easier to work with for a semi beginner.
