Thinking of making biscuits a day early


I'm thinking about making biscuits for Thanksgiving, but due to working on Thanksgiving I won't be able to make the dough the day of. I'm thinking of making the dough tomorrow morning before I go into work and then putting them in a storage container separated by wax paper. Thoughts? I've made biscuits before but I'm usually working with the dough I've made twenty minutes before baking.
