Does a firecracker have to be heated?

I'm tempted to make cannabutter with my AVB but I'm also impatient and wondering about trying some with peanut butter or something. Do I need to heat it (like the firecracker recipe calls for?). What if I made a peanut butter sandwich with 5g ground ABV and let it 'soak' all day, then ate it in the afternoon or something? via /r/saplings http://bit.ly/2WH40ee
