Got a big bottle of sherry for free at work, and here we are. Recipe by Death & Co. Blurry cameo by a hazy Manhattan skyline.This is my first cocktail post, and I'm already ashamed of my cloud-AF ice.​1.5 oz Amontillado sherry (I used Lustau but D&C prefers Dry Sack)0.75 oz Dry gin (I used Botanist)0.75 oz Grapefruit juice0.5 oz Lemon juice0.75 oz Simple syrup1 dash Angostura bittersClub soda, to top​Short shake all ingredients (except soda), then strain into a highball or collins filled with ice. Top with soda, garnish with an orange wedge, and serve with a straw.Anyone else have any other great recipes for Amontillado sherry?
