What do big distributors use to mix with their CBD isolate to make 200mg/ 0.5cc? I see recipes for VG and PG but concentration recommendation is 50mg per 1 cc.

I've been looking at recipes and so far I have collected CBD Isolate, Organic Vegetable Glycerin and Polypropylene Glycol, and some Terps. Of the recipes I've seen the highest concentration in the recipes is about 50mg per cc.
